~Equine Snow Sculptures!!

Harbin Snow Sculpture Art Fair 2005 in China

Since it was a cold and snowy winter day, I thought that I would share with all of you  photos of some horse snow and ice sculptures!! They are not all made this year, but there are lots of really cool looking horses, Pegasus’s and more!!!

It’s amazing  about  what you can do with something  that everyone is always complaining that they don’t want–SNOW and ICE !!!!

A herd of wild horses was the inspiration for this sculpture at Jingyue Snow World festival
Final touches: A worker chisels away at the front of the horses sculpture to create the perfect effect

Dedication: Despite the sub-zero temperatures workers were keen to press on and have the sculptures ready for the opening of the festival
